Throughout the project we will have continued testing to ensure compliance with all standards.
Our set out is controlled by our in-house surveyor and GPS machine control which allows us to accurately set out, construct, monitor and report on quantities weekly.
We have adopted IPENZ Practice Note 21 Farm Dairy Effluent Pond Design and Construction and Diary NZ Code of Practice and use it as the guide on all our projects.
We are able to accurately price designs you may have already had produced or if we are engaged at the start of the project we can offer a design and build service from conception to completion.
Material suppliers form a large part of many pond projects providing items such as liners, pumps and agitators. It is essential that the manufactures supply warranties, and installers such as liner installers guarantee their joint sealing. Any project we undertake we will ensure these records are produced and handed to the client.
Liner experience includes clay, concrete and synthetic liners.
We are committed to applying the correct methodology to
the project. We have worked on a wide range of ponds throughout Otago and Southland utilising many different construction methods.
We have in-house engineers capable of soil identification and testing. These engineers ensure we have the correct equipment and planning in place prior to starting any project as well as having the knowledge and ability to adapt construction techniques to overcome any challenges the project may encounter.
